You have three basic choices: (1) Use a free web page service, (2) Use a paid web page or website service, or (3) Use a paid hosting service.
I will describe the basics of each. If you don’t have the money and/or skills for a hosted website, consider options one or two. A free web page service will get you online. You can always change to a more sophisticated online presence later.
